The Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) is a certification program in which all of the participants in the supply chain cooperate with US Customs to develop secure methods for each phase of their operations. The program addresses security concerns with respect to terrorist threats related to the import of goods into the United States.
